Shane grew up in a landlording family originally in Upstate New York and later in Virginia Beach.  He went on to teach in Virginia Beach Public Schools for 22 years.  Purchasing his first rental property in 1997, currently he holds a portfolio of Rental Properties spread over Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Portsmouth.  Landlording experiences include Traditional Long Term Rentals, Corporate Housing, Short Term Rentals, Section 8, and Rooming Houses.  Also experienced in Subject to Financing, Seller Financing, and Lease/Options.
