Rob served as a naval aviator flying the mighty P-3C Orion and has been stationed in various locations worldwide during his 24-year career. He received orders with his family to the tidewater area in 2008 where they ended up serving the last ten years of active duty. In 2018 he transitioned to a new career as a civilian and also a Real Estate investor and founded VA Homes, LLC. Currently, Rob manages multiple companies for both active and passive investing.

Rob’s real estate experience includes Short Term Rentals, Rehabbing (both resale and holding as rental), Commercial Real Estate investing (Passive Income), Private Money Lending, creative financing, using Self Directed retirement accounts, and more. He thrives on solving problems to a perceived troubling situation and creating a win-win solution for all parties. He finds tremendous satisfaction in turning a distressed property into a beautiful home for a family to create new lifelong memories.

Rob is a member of multiple national real estate investment communities due to his strong belief in the importance of a real estate education, as well as the value of networking with like-minded individuals.
