Andrew’s first foray into real estate investing occurred in 2007 when he found his first rehab project in the newspaper classifieds, which he purchased, rehabbed, and sold for a nice profit. Since then, he has continued rehabbing homes and has studied and implemented various other real estate investing strategies to include wholesaling, buying and holding rental properties, and buying and selling performing and non-performing notes. Andrew’s recognition of rental properties as an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity was his primary motivation to earn his real estate license so that he can use his knowledge and experience to assist other real estate investors, from the novice to the most seasoned.

Andrew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from St. Leo University during his enlistment in the US Navy. Continuing his education, he earned a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix. He has over 15 years of experience in management, including seven years as a business owner of Cyber Exchange, a computer retail sales and service store located in Hilltop Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. While operating Cyber Exchange, his dedication to service and solid work ethic earned his company the Virginia Pilot’s “Best of the Beach” award for 2002 and 2003. Andrew was most recently employed as a Field Service Representative for the manufacturer of the Scan Eagle, an Unmanned Ariel Vehicle. He has made five deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan to support the troops while operating and maintaining the Scan Eagle UAV platform.
