Landlording 101, Summer Semester 2023
with John M. Kaptan
Associate Attorney at Hanger Law
It's that time of year again! No, not the summer party (but it's coming soon - don't worry!). It's time for the annual Landlord + Tenant Legislation Update! Again this year we'll have John Kaptan of Hanger Law with us to go over all the recent changes to Landlord + Tenant Law in Virginia. He'll also provide us with a general post-covid update on the status of landlord-tenant law.
This meeting is perfect for landlords and property managers! Or anyone that wants to be a landlord or property manager. And there will be a Q&A at then end so John can answer all of your questions.
Join us on Tuesday, June 20th at 7PM for this year's Landlording 101 class!
