Virtual Online Meeting!

During this month's Landlord Update meeting, your presenters Michael Hipps and our very own Patti Robertson will share updates on the issues landlord now face as a result of the pandemic and how to deal with them legally.
Michael Hipps will be covering legislative updates including...
- The effect COVID-19 has had on local landlords
- Can we evict now?
- If a tenant doesn’t pay, what's the next step?
Applicant fraud is at an all-time high. Patti will share real life examples of what you should look out for so you don't get stuck with a professional tenant who will take months to evict.
You won’t want to miss this opportunity to hear from our local experts, so that you're better informed on the latest legal updates and challenges when it comes to landlord/tenant relationships in our area.
