ABOUT YOUR PANELISTS
Tim Churchwell, CCIMTim Churchwell earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2013. He is the current 1st Regional Vice President of CCIM for Region 10, encompassing six states plus DC. He also serves on the Virginia Research Advisory Committee and NAR’s Commercial Committee as well as two international committees for CCIM. Tim has also served two terms on the HRRA Board of Directors as director of the Commercial Council. He has been exclusively doing commercial real estate since 2009. He also serves as the VP of TEC Holdings, a real estate development and consulting firm.
Rob SembianteRob is part of the EXIT Realty Central commercial team. Rob bought his first investment property at the age of 19 while serving in the Navy. After almost every deployment, he continued to add to his real estate portfolio. He decided to scale up to commercial real estate and joined EXIT, where he has excelled.
Tonya EdwardsTonya Edwards is Vice President, Business Services for BayPort Credit Union. She is a commercial banking professional and brings more than 15 years of experience in portfolio management, business relationship management, treasury management and commercial lending. Prior to BayPort, previous positions include Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager, Commercial Relationship Manager and Vice President of Business Banking. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. Tonya serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads.
Kevin BlountKevin founded Safeco in 2012, doing commercial and development. Projects range from tenant buildout, mall metal erections, new construction quads, up to multi-unit buildings. On the development side, Safe does site work and building construction small commercial developments and small intimate neighborhoods.Safecos has a total of 12 full time employees and over 20 years of subcontractor relationships to help manage the ebbs and flows of the industry. Degreed Senior management with over 80 years of combined commercial and development experience.
