Analyzing The Deal Part 2: Buy & Hold
With Patti Robertson & Lana Sapozhnikov
Tuesday, June 16th from 7 pm – 9 pm
During this month's meeting, you'll learn how to analyze your investment deals when your goal is to buy and hold them for the long term.
Why: Dig deep into your reasons for considering a buy & hold strategy. Is it for cash flow, wealth building, and/or asset diversification?
How: Getting your deals done by understanding your funding options.
Analyze: Properly analyze the numbers on your buy & hold deals. Cap Rate, 1% rule, and more.
Launch: How to go about finding the properties that fit your criteria.
Becoming a Landlord: How to find good tenants, how to qualify them while staying on the right side of the law, and a discussion about Section 8.
Let’s face it... The numbers are always important, especially when your plan is to hold on to your asset for the long-term. If you’re going to work in this business and be a successful landlord, you absolutely need to know your numbers. And if you're you're considering getting into buy & hold, you need to attend this very important meeting.
Patti and Lana will teach you the strategies they use to buy and hold properties, in order to avoid many, if not getting stuck with nightmare tenants or a property that does not cashflow.
