Luke Kohne is a native of Minnesota and has been living in Virginia Beach since 2007. He is an Iraq War veteran, having served in the Minnesota Army National Guard. He started investing in 2008 and has purchased 60 mobile homes during that time and currently manages 18 units by himself. He runs 2 real estate companies and has 4 employees. He starting doing all this in his spare time… he worked full time as a Technician with Mercedes Benz.  On his birthday in 2014, Luke quit his job with Mercedes to become a full time Real Estate investor.  He still specializes in mobile homes but also wholesales and holds both single and multi-family homes as rentals.
