About Your Speakers:
Stu Pollock began his real estate business upon retiring from the Army with a wholesale deal purchased from a fellow TRIG member. He hired a contractor and got to work on his first rehab/flip. Over the last 10 years, he has used Real Estate investing to earn a VERY comfortable living, increase his wealth, and free up time to take care of aging parents through the freedom of self employment. He buys houses to flip and hold for rentals. His current goal is to pay off the rentals for larger cash flow.
Carrie Copenhaver is a Real Estate Investor, TRIG Board Member, Top 1% Hampton Roads Real Estate Agent, Landlord & Lender, and has renovated over 100 houses since 2006.
Jason Beery is Class A Contractor & Real Estate Investor since 2010. He flips approximately 25 houses per year.
