Lloyd is the author of Foreclosure Investing and Stop Foreclosure Now. He has also bought, renovated, and flipped more than 100 homes in Los Angeles County, many of them foreclosures. Today, he leads the Los Angeles County Real Estate Investors Association. where he helps investors turn complex real estate topics into practical decisions.
