The Virginia Real Estate Investors Alliance (VREIA) is a statewide trade group formed in 2024. It brings together local real estate investor groups to advocate on issues such as housing laws, zoning, and property regulations in Virginia. It also offers members networking and business discounts. 
Why is this important to anyone involved in Real Estate Investing or Landlording?  We need insight into what's going on with our Lawmakers including what working it's way through the Legislative process as well as what's complete and what will affect our business.
