Meetings & Speakers
Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, (except in July and December) at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 4453 Bonney Road, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. (see directions below) .
Meetings start at 7:30pm
Doors open at 6:45pm.
Guest fee $15.00 per person
TRIG's monthly meetings present guest speakers or panels -- some locally prominent, some nationally known--who are expert in some phase of real-estate acquisition, management or lending. The meetings allow time for networking or simply chatting with other members.
Benefits of being a member and attending the meeting:
- Real Estate training concepts by Local and National Experts.
- You are able to put flyers on the flyer in the foyer (not hand them out in the room).
- At most meetings only members are allowed to give a 30 second commercial about themselves.
- Networking with an average of 150+ people at every meeting.

Crowne Plaza - 4453 Bonney RD VA Beach, VA 23462. (757) 473-1700.
- Norfolk/Portsmouth/ Hampton (on I-264E) you would take the 2nd Independence Exit, go under the overpass and turn right at the first stop light. Go 4/10's of a mile and the Crown Plaza is on the right.
- VA Beach Oceanfront, you could take either the I-264 Rosemont Exit and then Bonney RD – 1 mile ahead on the left. OR take the I-264W Independence (1st) exit and then turn right at the first light onto Bonney RD – ahead 4/10's of a mile on the right.Board Meetings:
- First Tuesday of each month - Primarily for the officers to discuss TRIG events and issues, the board meetings are also open to the general membership - RSVP required - Location, date & time are subject to change.
